STEP I
Place the filter into the filter holder of the AeroPress. Rinse it with hot water (88°C).
STEP II
Grind 20g of coffee (medium-fine grind). Place the coffee into the AeroPress chamber.
STEP III
Add 60g of water to the coffee.
STEP IV
Agitate by stirring for 15 seconds. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
STEP V
Add the rest of the water (190g). Wait until your timer reaches 1:30 minutes.
Press the Aeropress until all liquid has been extracted.
Press the Aeropress until all liquid has been extracted.
STEP VI
Flip the AeroPress into a standard position. At 2 minutes, press slowly, and serve at 3 minutes.
